Dear

The intent of the proposed project is to open source an eBook version of the printed paperback, "Oink to Ointment by Nitorig (k)", including the content of Patent Application "Fabricated Energy". The Printed Paper Back and Patent Application with all their warts, starts and fits, will be the seed upon, which the project’s eBook builds and are to remain as is: untouched; unedited; unaltered.
Note: The patent application went through the legal process to end at the U.S. Supreme Court. There at the highest body of government (according to the Jeffersonian, Doctrine of Judicial Supremacy) a pertinent constitutional question presented was denied an answer. This left the next and only step for the author, (else, trash the effort) open source the entire package to the collective body of human intelligence.
The Patent Application in eBook form is being worked on, and hopefully will be ready for download in the near future.
Oink to Ointment and the contents of the Patent Application, "Fabricated Energy" mirror and compliment every facet of each other. I would like to say in a humble voice, "Let the "code of life" be hacked by the genius of mass human intelligence, rather than butchered upon the block of ignorance.
As far as the eBook goes, a contributor is free to expand on the metaphoric characters, doing so in a way that maintains the idiom of their personalities. Introduction of new characters is frowned upon (at some point you'll understand why) The thread of the novel must remain intact. For example: If a brilliant passage by a contributor is allowed into the eBook that later is found to break the so-called thread, it is up to the contributors to resolve. They could let it go to wherever it may lead; create a doubly brilliant passage to bring it back in line, or as last resort, take a vote to have it removed from the eBook. The administrators of the project will oversee that the material presented by the contributors' and entered into the eBook follows the author's original intent. Of course the author, Nitorig (k) will be the administrator at this time, but will relent to a proven contributor who’d be willing to take on the job. Should an issue arise ( ? ) concerning a particular introduction or omissions to the eBook, a final decision will be made by a ranking vote, i.e., those who contributed most to the eBook, rule. Again, initially this will be the original author's role. Any instance of personal criticism or flaming of any contributor or potential contributor is intolerable. It is important to encourage as many participants as possible. Though, a cut-off will be made once a reasonable number of contributors become established, (so things don’t get out of control).
At this point I would like to recommend to any one who may be interested in the project to read, " The Cathedral & The Bazaar" by Eric S. Raymond. Though the book deals mostly with the revolutionary development of open source software, he inspired yours truly to offer the project to the open source world. In short, Eric states how it's done I follow. Thus, the book becomes the guideline of the project.

When you open the downloaded eBook you'll find that to access Opus II, (the second half of the eBook) requires the purchase of a password, $5.77 US. Using either, PayPal or ClickBank. I would love to charge $0.00, but I could not afford this price. So, please consider whatever is charged as sharing the cost to ensure the project's continuation.
The intent is to publish a Revised Version of the eBook as often as possible. Dependent of course upon the number of contributor revisions.
The eBook is not to become a champion of any cause. Be it; Political; Religious; Charitable; Self-serving, etc. It’s goal is to recognize "Our Journey as Human Beings and to preserve the ways of that journey." Once recognized, champion your own cause fully aware, (So Be It As You Desire).
